Cancellation policy
Some items in our store are offered as a subscription. This policy explains how the CREG+ Membership is billed, and how you can change or cancel it.
THE CREG+ MEMBERSHIP
When you start a membership you receive one pouch of CREG+ Daily Creatine Gel. 30 sachets, 5g creatine monohydrate per sachet, delivered automatically every 4 weeks, with free tracked delivery.
BILLING
Your membership renews automatically every 4 weeks until you cancel.
The recurring price is $51.00 USD per delivery, 25% off the one-time price of $68.00 USD. Shipping is free on every membership delivery.
Your first charge is taken when you place the order. Each following charge is taken every 4 weeks on the same day of your cycle.
Please note: a cycle is 28 days and each pouch holds 30 sachets, so there are 13 billing cycles in a year, not 12. You receive 13 pouches per year.
Your payment details are stored securely and charged automatically for each delivery. You can update your payment method at any time in your account. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you confirm.
FOUNDING MEMBER PRICE LOCK
The price you start on is the price you keep. If we raise the membership price in future, your rate stays the same for as long as your membership remains active and uninterrupted. If you cancel and later restart, you join at the price in effect at that time.
SHIPPING
Orders are prepared in 1-2 business days, then delivered in 4-8 business days with tracking. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. We ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and France.
SKIP, PAUSE OR CHANGE
You can skip a delivery, pause your membership, change your delivery date, change the quantity or update your address at any time from the Subscriptions page in your CREG+ account. Changes made before your next billing date apply to that delivery.
HOW TO CANCEL
You can cancel at any time, for any reason. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum number of deliveries.
To cancel: sign in to your CREG+ account, open the Subscriptions page, and select Cancel. Cancellation takes effect immediately and stops all future charges.
To avoid being charged for your next delivery, cancel before your next billing date. If an order has already been charged and dispatched it cannot be cancelled from your account email us and we will help.
You can also email info@cregplus.com at any time and we will cancel it for you.
30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
If CREG+ does not make your daily creatine routine easier, email us within 30 days of receiving your first delivery and we will refund that delivery in full. You do not need to return the pouch, and it does not matter if it has been opened or partly used. One claim per customer, on the first delivery.
FAILED PAYMENTS
If a charge fails we will retry it and email you. If payment still cannot be taken, your membership is paused and nothing is shipped until the payment method is updated.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this policy. If a change affects your price or billing frequency we will email you in advance, so you can cancel before it takes effect.
