1. Return Window
CREG+ offers a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

2. Eligible Returns
Unopened products may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery if:

- The product is unopened
- The product is in its original packaging
- The product was purchased directly from cregplus.com
- The return request was approved by CREG+

3. Opened Products
Because CREG+ is a consumable dietary supplement, opened products are generally not accepted for standard returns.
Opened products may only be considered under The CREG+ Routine Fit Guarantee.
4. The CREG+ Routine Fit Guarantee
We built CREG+ to fit into real daily routines.
If you try CREG+ and feel it does not fit your routine, contact us within 30 days of delivery.

CREG+ reserves the right to approve or reject guarantee requests if:
- The request is outside the 30-day window
- The product was purchased from an unauthorized seller
- The request appears fraudulent or abusive
- The customer has already received a refund, replacement, or credit for the same issue
- The request does not meet the conditions of this policy
Shipping fees, customs fees, duties, taxes, and return shipping costs may not be refundable unless required by law.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for standard return:
- Opened products, except under The CREG+ Routine Fit Guarantee
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
- Products not purchased directly from cregplus.com
- Products damaged by misuse, improper storage, or negligence
- Products returned without approval
- Gift cards, if offered
- Final sale items, if clearly marked before purchase

6. Damaged, Incorrect, Or Defective Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, defective, or missing an item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

If approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
7. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an approved damaged, incorrect, or defective item.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the issue was caused by CREG+.
If a return is approved, we will provide return instructions by email.

- A discount, bundle, or promotion affects the refund amount

We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has started processing, been fulfilled, or shipped.
If we are unable to ship your order within the stated delivery window, we may contact you with an updated estimate or offer a cancellation and refund where required by law. FTC rules require sellers to have a reasonable basis for advertised shipping times and to give customers delay or cancellation options when shipment cannot happen on time.
12. Shipping Delays
CREG+ estimated delivery time is 6 to 14 business days after order processing, unless another estimate is shown at checkout.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays may happen due to carriers, customs, weather, supply issues, incorrect addresses, or events outside our control.

13. Lost Or Stolen Packages
CREG+ is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost, stolen, or missing.
If your package is marked delivered but you cannot find it:

- Check with household members, neighbors, building staff, or mailroom

We may help investigate, but replacements or refunds for delivered packages are not guaranteed.
14. Refused, Unclaimed, Or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is refused, unclaimed, returned due to an incorrect address, or returned because duties or customs fees were not paid, the customer may be responsible for:
- Original shipping cost
- Return shipping cost
- Customs fees
- Carrier fees
- Any non-refundable processing costs
Refunds for refused or undeliverable packages are reviewed case by case.
15. International And EU Orders
CREG+ ships to the United States and selected supported European Union countries, where available and legally permitted.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or local restrictions.
For EU customers, certain online purchases may include a 14-day withdrawal right, subject to legal exceptions. Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons may lose return eligibility once unsealed after delivery.
Because CREG+ is a consumable dietary supplement, opened or unsealed products may not be eligible for return where health, hygiene, safety, or resale restrictions apply, except where required by law or approved under The CREG+ Routine Fit Guarantee.

- Resellers
