CREG+ currently ships to the United States and selected supported European Union countries, where shipping is available and legally permitted.

Estimated delivery time is 6 to 14 business days after order processing, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may happen due to carriers, customs, weather, incorrect addresses, supply delays, or other factors outside our control.

We built CREG+ to fit into real daily routines.

If you try CREG+ and feel it does not fit your routine, you may contact us within 30 days of delivery under The CREG+ Routine Fit Guarantee.

To qualify, you must contact us at info@cregplus.com with your order number and a short explanation of your experience.

CREG+ reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests if we believe the policy is being abused, if the product was purchased from an unauthorized seller, or if the request does not meet the conditions of this guarantee.

Shipping fees, customs fees, and return shipping costs may not be refundable unless required by law.

12. Subscriptions

CREG+ does not currently offer subscriptions at launch.

If subscriptions are offered in the future, the subscription pricing, renewal frequency, cancellation rules, and any discounts will be shown before purchase.
