CREG+ SHIPPING POLICY

United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and France.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are prepared in 1-2 business days.

DELIVERY TIME
Estimated US delivery is 8–12 days total, including order processing, with tracking.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carriers, customs or events outside our control.

SHIPPING COSTS
Free tracked shipping on all orders, including both one-time purchases and CREG+ Membership orders. No minimum order value.

TRACKING
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched. If you have not received it within 3 business days of ordering, email info@cregplus.com.

MEMBERSHIP DELIVERIES
Membership orders are dispatched automatically every 4 weeks. Each pouch contains 30 sachets and your billing cycle is 28 days, so each delivery arrives before the previous pouch runs out.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Please check your shipping address before confirming your order. We cannot reroute a parcel once it has been dispatched. Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect address can be reshipped at your cost.

LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS
If your parcel is damaged on arrival, or tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, email info@cregplus.com and we will replace it or refund it.
