At CREG+, we want your order experience to feel as simple as the product itself. Below you’ll find our delivery, return, refund, and guarantee information.

Delivery

Where We Ship

CREG+ currently ships to:

  • United States
  • Selected supported European Union countries, where available and legally permitted

We may update supported shipping regions over time.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is:

6 to 14 business days

This estimate starts after your order has been processed.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may happen because of carriers, customs, weather, incorrect addresses, supply issues, or events outside our control.

For online orders in the United States, sellers must have a reasonable basis for any advertised shipping time. If a seller cannot ship within the promised time, FTC rules require the seller to notify the customer and provide delay or cancellation options.

Order Processing

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

When your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email where available.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing checkout. CREG+ is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer.

International Orders

For orders shipped outside the United States, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, local fees, carrier fees, or restrictions that may apply.

CREG+ is not responsible for packages delayed, rejected, returned, seized, or destroyed by customs or local authorities.

Before ordering, you are responsible for confirming that dietary supplements and creatine products can legally be imported into your country.

Returns

30-Day Return Window

CREG+ offers a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The email address used at checkout
  • the reason for your request
  • Photos, if the product arrived damaged, incorrect, or defective

Do not send any product back before contacting us. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Shopify return rules can use the delivery date as the start of the return window.

Unopened Products

Unopened products may be eligible for return within 30 days if:

  • The product is unused
  • The product is unopened
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • The product was purchased directly from cregplus.com
  • The return request was approved by CREG+

If your return is approved, we will send return instructions by email.

Opened Products

Because CREG+ is a consumable dietary supplement, opened products are generally not accepted for standard returns.

Opened products may only be considered under The CREG+ Routine Fit Guarantee.

The CREG+ Routine Fit Guarantee

We built CREG+ to fit into real daily routines.

If you try CREG+ and feel it does not fit your routine, contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Include your order number and a short explanation of your experience.

CREG+ reserves the right to approve or reject guarantee requests if:

  • The request is outside the 30-day window
  • The product was purchased from an unauthorized seller
  • The request appears fraudulent or abusive
  • The customer has already received a refund, replacement, or credit for the same issue
  • The request does not meet the conditions of this policy

Shipping fees, customs fees, duties, taxes, and return shipping costs may not be refundable unless required by law.

Damaged, Incorrect, Or Defective Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, defective, or missing an item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the product
  • A clear photo of the shipping box or mailer
  • A description of the issue

If approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an approved damaged, incorrect, or defective item.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the issue was caused by CREG+.

If a return is approved, we will provide return instructions by email.

Do not send returns to our business address unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

Refunds

Once your approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.

Refund timing may depend on your payment provider or bank. It may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.

Shopify allows merchants to manage returns, exchanges, and refunds through the Shopify admin.

EU Customers

CREG+ ships to selected supported European Union countries where available and legally permitted.

EU customers may have certain cancellation and withdrawal rights for online purchases. In many cases, EU consumers have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from an online purchase, subject to exceptions. EU guidance also recognizes exceptions for sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

Because CREG+ is a consumable dietary supplement, opened or unsealed products may not be eligible for return where health, hygiene, safety, or resale restrictions apply, except where required by law or approved under The CREG+ Routine Fit Guarantee.

Lost Or Stolen Packages

CREG+ is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost, stolen, or missing.

If your package is marked delivered but you cannot find it:

  1. Check the delivery address
  2. Check with household members, neighbors, building staff, or mailroom
  3. Contact the shipping carrier
  4. Contact us at info@cregplus.com so we can review the situation

We may help investigate, but replacements or refunds for delivered packages are not guaranteed.

Refused, Unclaimed, Or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused, unclaimed, returned due to an incorrect address, or returned because duties or customs fees were not paid, the customer may be responsible for:

  • Original shipping cost
  • Return shipping cost
  • Customs fees
  • Carrier fees
  • Any non-refundable processing costs

Refunds for refused or undeliverable packages are reviewed case by case.

Unauthorized Sellers

This Delivery & Returns policy only applies to products purchased directly from:

We do not guarantee refunds, replacements, or support for products purchased from:

  • Unauthorized sellers
  • Third-party marketplaces
  • Resellers
  • Individuals
  • Retailers not approved by CREG+

If you purchased CREG+ from an approved retailer, please contact that retailer directly for their return policy.
